Sydney Branch workshops are hands-on, half-day events, focusing on a variety of cake decorating skills ranging from sugar flower making to buttercream piping, modelling chocolate creations and other popular techniques.

Workshops are kept small to enable one-on-one time with the instructor, and run from 9.30am to 1.00pm with light refreshments provided.
There is a discount for members and participants will be given a small list of what to bring on the day upon booking.
